Fabric banners

Graphic Laminates pioneered the dye sublimation fabric printing process in South Africa almost two decades ago. Today, regular investment in latest technology printing machines enables the company to provide perfectly printed branding on to fabric up to 3000mm wide. The Dye Sublimation printing process digitally prints water based inks on to a uniquely coated transfer paper which is then released on to the fabric using a heat/pressure transfer process, permanently transferring the dye to the fabric.

The outcome of Dye Sublimation printing is a beautiful high resolution image which cannot be achieved when printing directly on to fabric. The printed fabric banners are fully washable and durable.

Fabric banners offer many application solutions

  • Pockets to accommodate rods from which the fabric banners can be hung against a wall, or from a ceiling
  • Eyelets, for securing ropes to the banner, enabling the user to secure the banner easily to fences, frames, bulkheads or ceilings
  • Velcro, to attach the banner to Bannerwall frames, steel frames or wooden box mount frames, to create a wall picture effect. Velcro is an effective way to attach banners to building columns in showrooms or convention centres
  • FabriFrame. This unique system enables fabric banners to be stretched across aluminium frames quickly and easily. A rubber edge sewn around the perimeter of the fabric banner fits snugly into a groove moulded into the front and or sides of the frame, providing a slim neat appearance to your graphics. FabriFrame offers many possible applications, ie; free standing frames, wall mounted frames, ceiling mounts, partitioning, and light box functionality
